HERE IS MILL VALLEY NOTICE OF CLAIM AGAINST CITY

By Michael Horne

Dear Readers --

I have located a copy of the Notice of Claim [pdf 130+ pages] filed by Mill Valley Recycling against the City of Milwaukee last Friday by their lawyer, Atty. Steve Kravit of Kravit Hovel & Krawczyk.
The first seven or so pages pretty much outline the plaintiff's argument. There are attached numerous pages of supporting documents, some repetitive.

Here is the Journal Sentinel article on the subject.

HERE IS PHOTO OF HOLLOWAY'S JAILED GUARD

Special to the Readers of Plenty of Horne
By Michael Horne
And The Plenty of Horne Hound Dog Team
This is Eric Turner, guard to County Executive Lee Holloway, and apparently the enforcer in Holloway's real estate empire. Here is the Dan Bice story from today's Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
He is in jail on $1850 bail on four charges involved in his home invasion, while armed, of a Holloway tenant.
I would not be surprised if the event might also subject Holloway to civil action on the part of the tenant, now being evicted.
